In accordance with Article 51(3) of the National Ordinance on the Supervision of Virtual Asset Service Providers (Landsverordening toezicht virtuele activa dienstverleners – Ltva), Bitkaya B.V. publishes its approved annual financial statements on this website.
Financial Year 2025
Reporting period: 30 June 2025 – 31 December 2025
The financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2025:
- were prepared by the Board of Managing Directors;
- were approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders;
- were audited by an independent external auditor, who issued an unqualified audit opinion; and
- are published in accordance with Article 51(3) Ltva.
As per the requirements, these statements will be available no later than 30 September 2026.
